Refund policy

We do not accept returns as all orders are on demand.

We take no responsibility for customers submitting an incorrect order or delivery address. Returns cannot be made in this circumstance as all orders are print on demand.

We take no responsibility for customers selecting the incorrect product specifications including size, colour or print design. All reorders as a result will be at the customers expense.

All reorders required due to an incorrect delivery address are to be made at the customers expense.

If you have received and item that does not match the order made please contact by email so that we may correct the order for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged item please contact us by email with photos of the damaged product.

Once we have assessed your complaint we will contact with regarding a replacement order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discount items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
